The SRHR – HIV Knows No Borders capacitate new stakeholders for the second phase of the project
In preparations for the roll out of the second phase of the project which will run from 2022 – 2026. A total of 36 people from government and civil society attended the training. The training provided the participants with information to enable them appreciate migration as a social determinant of health, the rights of migrants, sex workers and YVPs as well as the legal provisions in the country that promote the right to health for migrants, sex workers and YVPs. IOM partnered with the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA), Mpumalanga and Lawyers for Human Rights (LHR) to enrich the training workshop.
