MPTF capacitate youth on videography and photography to capture stories of hope
Cape Town - The International Organisation for Migration (IOM) in South Africa through the Migration Multi – Partner Trust Fund joint project on social cohesion trained youth from cape town on how to capture stories of hope through videography and photography.
The purpose of the training was to equip the youth with skills on producing hope-based narrative stories through film making, videography and photography. The youth were trained on using the correct words and photos to capture attention without harm, capturing photos and videos using smart phones, editing and crafting of videos and photos, Sharing the stories to the digital space. In addition to the training, the participants received vlogging kits to assist them when producing stories of hope to promote social cohesion in communities.
