Canadian Orientation Abroad (COA) – (refugees) Southern Africa
The COA is South Africa facilitated pre departure trainings to 101 individuals (54 Males and 47 Females) between January and June 2022. The CoA staff also attended a six-week online course: “Communication, engagement, and managing change” delivered by the United Nations System Staff College (UNSCC). During this course, participants learnt and developed a range of skills and techniques to allow participants to communicate, facilitate and present more effortlessly.
