The International Organization for Migration (IOM)is an intergovernmental humanitarian organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society. In the framework of Migration Health Unit, the IOM Bids Evaluation and Award Committee (“BEAC”)now invites interested Contractors to apply for eligibility and if found eligible, to bid for the proposed IOM Medical Centre in Pretoria, South Africa. A prescribed Contractors eligibility forms (the IOM Vendors Information Sheet) is available for issuance upon submission of letter of intentto the “BEAC” with office address at 353 Festival Street, Hatfield, Pretoria on 13 June 2017.
The form should be submitted with the company profile not more than 15 pages. A written notice will be issued to all Contractors determined eligible and not eligible. Only eligible Contractors will be allowed to purchase the Bidding Document and allowed to submit Bid. A pre-bidding conference will be held on the 15th of June 2017at IOM Pretoria office, 353 Festival Street, Hatfield, Pretoria. Only short-listed companies will be invited for the prebidding meeting.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected Bidder/s of the ground for IOM action.
